Identification, selection and coordination of specialised suppliers and craftsmen across Europe. We assess partners, negotiate terms, monitor production and oversee quality control through to installation. Every partner is selected and managed exclusively in our clients' best interests.

Built over years of collaboration across yachting, hospitality and retail projects, this network brings together the key trades involved in high-end environments, including wood, stone, metal, glass, leather, textiles and composite materials. Each partner is selected according to the project's specific requirements and coordinated under a single responsibility. From initial prototypes to final installation, one structure oversees the entire process.

Blitz Development is a Private Development & Management Office founded by Tom Giraud. Each project is handled directly by the person responsible for its coordination, decision-making and delivery.
